Sainte Luce Reserve is managed by an exceptional team of award-winning conservation experts with extensive experience running volunteer programmes in southern Madagascar.

Led by an Australian – and permanent resident of Madagascar – we are dedicated to creating sustainable volunteer programmes that positively impact the environment and local communities.

Our team is comprised of local Malagasy people. Sainte Luce Reserve proudly employs members of neighbouring communities and provides economic opportunities for the Malagasy people.

And of course, we couldn’t do it without our phenomenal volunteers. Your support enables us to preserve this extraordinary habitat and prevent deforestation.
